Neelam'S The Grand Hotel Goa, Calangute

Our stay at this hotel had quite a few ups and downs. While the staff provided fantastic service, which truly stood out during our stay, there were some significant drawbacks, particularly with the noise levels and the amenities offered. The location was not as described, making access to the beach quite inconvenient. Overall, not the best choice for a relaxing holiday, but the service was memorable.
